process is a two step, very easy to use process. Also payment is done online
itself, saving the hassle of leaving cash for the cleaner.
Trust – The startup
interviews all cleaners before enlisting them. Also a third party (called
Onfido) checks the background of cleaners at the onset. If the customer is not satisfied with the service, the
money deposit is returned right away. Also a fixed price ensures more transparency
and builds on customer trust.
CONCERNS
Fixed Pricing –
Different neighborhoods have different charges and paying capacities. A fixed
price may not do justice to this fact.
