Learn to Listen: A leader must motivate his/her team members and not command them. One can motivate only if you know what the other person is saying. Listen to all team members and make them feel an integral part of the team. This goes especially for the quieter team members.

Listen to Learn: A leader’s learning curve must always be on the rise. For this to happen, you must always listen to what your team members are saying. The more you listen, the more you learn.
