Industry Disruption – The Recruitment Industry

The Recruitment Industry was earlier dominated by recruitment agents. Linkedin launched the Recruiter in 2011 (it was called the Talent Pipeline then), thereby giving corporates tools to generate leads and find the best candidates for vacancies. Ever since, Linkedin has emerged as the single most important recruitment tool used by corporates today.

Learning – A DIY solution is more user-friendly and sees greater adoption by users. Technology added to the solution ensures that it is scalable.
