Life Hack - Know before you Do
'Live as if you were to die tomorrow; learn as if you were to live forever.' ... Mahatma Gandhi
On Martyr's Day, I am reminded of Mahatma Gandhi, a man who through his focus and immense dedication was able to achieve the most difficult of goals. I take great inspiration from one of his quotes in which he mentions the importance of being positive and making learning an ongoing process. He believed that we should live in the present and not leave anything for tomorrow. He also states that learning should be continuous and one's learning curve should always be on the rise.
Never say never!
An entrepreneur is a problem solver. If there is a problem or a need which may seem very difficult to solve/satisfy, an entrepreneur will never back out from it. Rather he or she would try to find a way to achieve the same, eventually in the best manner possible.
Things like mobile phones, internet, airplanes, air conditioning, reaching the moon etc. all seemed next to impossible at some point in time. Someone at some point developed a way to do all of this and later, others have ensured that these things become simpler, cheaper and more mass acceptable (commercial). So all the budding entrepreneurs out there, 'never say never'!

Quality of an Entrepreneur
During a startup's journey, there come a lot of times when we feel that it's been so long and things are not moving as we want them to. We feel that we've put in so much of effort and have been trying for so long.
This is where a true entrepreneur doesn't give in and keeps trying. Disappointments and exhaustion should not compel the entrepreneur to give up. Only when he/she feels that the business does not look like generating any more value should he/she decide to give up and shut down the business.
This attitude of entrepreneurship can be summed up in a quote by Marilyn Monroe -
'I don't stop when I am tired, I stop when I'm done!'
