their responsibilities. Although one has to do everything in a startup,
especially the co-founders, defining responsibilities basically puts the onus
of different activities on different individuals. Taking ownership of different
parts of the business is important to avoid confusion/conflict and to ensure
all parts of the business are looked at well.
