Estate discovery tool for users by aggregating from sources on the Austrian internet.
Aggregation Model
– Aggregating from sources such as real estate portals, real estate agents’
websites, city pages and others results in a platform which has a good and fast
growing volume of listings with minimal effort.
CONCERNS
Business Model – The model is dependent on external websites
and hence carries a risk. Also generating revenue is a concern as advertising
in a relatively small market is not a sustainable revenue model.
