THE MODEL: A platform
for the hospitality sector to manage its food wastage. The startup aims at
cutting food wastage in half by recording what is being wasted using a smart
meter. A user needs to simply throw the food into any bin, punch in what has
been thrown and the weight and cost of the food wasted is calculated
automatically by the system.
