Startup Model – Tracking Customer Pricing & Stock Availability

THE MODEL: An application for online retailers to track their competitors’ prices and stock availabilities regularly. The application can be integrated easily and is update frequently (every 3 hours). A customer is given a dashboard which collects and reports the information in a neat and easy to use interface.

Core Idea – Tracking price and stock levels of competitors helps businesses take better decisions, resulting in higher margins.

Freemium Model – The startup has 3 pricing plans and offers users to try out the service for free before making a purchase. Also the 3 plans are priced to suit small businesses as well as larger ones.

CONCERNS

Competition – The market has low barriers to entry and the startup has to focus on it’s core offering of providing the best reports on competition to cement it’s place.
